Cullins (1, 2, 3, 4a, 5 and 7) are a family of proteins that assemble a large number of ubiquitin ligases to catalyse polyubiquitiation, as well as binding to various specific factors to recruit substrates. Cullin 4 (CUL 4) serves as a rigid scaffold that organizes the SKP1-F-box protein and RBX1 subunits of SCF. It plays a role in the polyubiquitination of CDT1 in response to radiation-induced DNA damage and may be important for subsequent DNA repair.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFormulation:\u003c\/strong\u003e Solution at 1 mg\/mL in PBS.
