Anti-human IGF-I IgG fraction is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits against purified human recombinant IGF-I. It is purified using Protein G.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: Using a 1:100 dilution, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this polyclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human IGF-I by Western blot analysis. Under these same conditions, there is no detectable cross-reaction with recombinant human IGF-II.
- Formulation: IgG fraction. Frozen liquid. 1.0 mg/mL. Formulated in 0.1 M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
