IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2I10/I5) obtained by immunization of mice with human TRAF2 (50 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:2,000 dilution). TRAF2 is a signal transducer protein that associates with the cytoplasmic domain of TNF receptor to different signaling pathways. It regulates two distinct kinase cascades which lead to NF-?B and JUNK activation. It is also involved in anti-apoptotic signaling, perinatal survival and IL-15 signaling.
