IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6D1/G11) obtained by immunization of mice with the extracellular domain of human VEGFR-1 (106 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1: 8,000 dilution). It recognizes the extracellular domain of human VEGFR-1, a type I membrane protein. This protein binds VEGF, PLGF and VEGFB and belongs to the tyrosine protein kinase family. The VEGFR-1 has a signaling role in mediating monocyte chemotaxis in tumor disease and performs an inhibitory role by sequestering VEGF and preventing its interaction with VEGFR-2
