IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 7G2/D3) obtained by immunization of mice with the extra-cellular domain of interleukin 2 receptor gamma chain (42 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:2,000 dilution). The IL-2R ? chain (CD132) is the common ? subunit of the IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15 receptors. It is associated with others chains of IL-2R (CD25 and CD122) to form the high-affinity IL-2 receptor and mediates the signaling functions of receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9 and IL-15.
