Anti-human TNF Receptor IgG fraction is a monolconal antibody raised against purified human recombinant TNF (p75) receptor. The p75 receptor extracellular domain was produced in insect cells (Sf9) infected with recombinant viruses. It is purified using affinity chromatography (Protein G).
