Anti-CD4 antibody IgG fraction is a murine monoclonal antibody raised against a soluble human recombinant CD-4 expressed in CHO cells. It is purified from ascites fluids by affinity chromatography on protein G Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes the native and recombinant CD-4 (58 kD), with high affinity, on ELISA. This monoclonal antibody does not neutralize the binding of recombinant HIV gp120 to CD-4.
- Formulation: IgG-1 fraction in liquid. 1.0 mg/mL (200 µL total volume). Formulated in 0.1 M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5).
