IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 3C3/D4) obtained by immunization of mice with human peripheral T cells. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in flow cytometry studies. It recognizes human CD3. The CD3 antigen is expressed by peripheral T cells, thymocytes, and activated natural killer cells, and is also present in the great majority of T-cell neoplasms. CD3 complex consists of five different polypeptides chains and it is involved in signal transduction to the T cell interior following antigen recognition by the T cell receptor.
