IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 1F1/A2) obtained by immunization of mice with human T lymphocytes. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry. It also inhibits the cytolytic T lymphocyte (CTL) activity. It recognizes CD11a (also known as integrin aL, or LFA-1 a chain), a type I membrane protein (180 kDa) expressed on all leukocytes including lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes. CD11a binds intracellular adhesion molecules (ICAMs), mediates cell adhesion and cytoskeletal organization and plays a role in most immune/inflammatory responses.
- Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS
