IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 1B9/F11) obtained by immunization of mice with a protein containing 109 aa of TRX 1 from E. coli. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA (1:500 dilution) and Western Blot (1:50,000 dilution) assays. It recognizes a lineal epitope of thioredoxin fused to recombinant proteins expressed from pET-32 expression vector.
- Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS
