IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 8B10/H8) obtained by immunization of mice with Cripto-1 protein from mouse (27 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000). It recognizes mouse Cripto protein. Cripto-1 is a signaling protein and member of the epidermal growth factor protein family. It plays an important role during early embryonic development. It has also a role in tumor development, induces cell proliferation, reduces apoptosis and increases cell migration. Cripto-1 is released or shed from expressing cells and may serve as marker gene in the early to mid-progressive stages of a variety carcinomas.
