Anti-Phosphotyrosine IgG fraction is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 7J13/A1) obtained by immunization with a hapten conjugated to phosphotyrosine. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody shows similar properties with equal or better reactivity compared with 4G10 and PY20 antibodies. It can be used for ELISA assays, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry and Western Blot analysis (1: 4,000 dilution). It recognizes a tyrosine-phosphorylated protein in an EGF-stimulated A431 cell lysate. This monoclonal antibody does not cross-react with tyrosine, phosphoserine and phosphothreonine.
