IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 1F10/A1) obtained by immunization with recombinant SRY protein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA, Western Blot, immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry analysis. It recognizes SRY, a 25 kDa protein expressed in the nuclei of both Sertoli and germ cells in fetal and adult tissues. SRY is a transcriptional activator which binds to DNA and regulates downstream sex determining genes
