IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 3G8/B2) obtained by immunization of mice with human EBB-B cell line. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA and flow cytometry studies. It recognizes b-2-microglobulin, a cell membrane protein (12 kDa) non-covalent associated to MHC class I molecules. b-2-microglobulin associates with the a3 subdomain of the a heavy chain and forms an immunoglobulin domain-like structure that mediates proper folding and expression of MHC class I molecules
