Anti-human IGF-Binding protein 6 IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody produced in mouse and elicited to human recombinant IGF-binding Protein 6 (yeast derived recombinant protein). It is purified by affinity chromatography using Protein G.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes human IGFBP-6 on ELISA analysis. This antibody is not recomended for Western blot analysis.
- Formulation: IgG fraction. Frozen liquid. 100 µg at 0.1 mg/mL. Formulated in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
