Anti-human IGF-Binding protein 4 IgG (IgG-1) fraction is a monoclonal antibody produced in mouse and elicited to human recombinant IGF-binding Protein 4 (yeast derived recombinant protein). It is purified by affinity chromatography using Protein G. The respective epitope, on IGF-BP4, recognized by this antibody has not yet been determined.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody strongly recognizes human IGFBP-4 on ELISA or Western blot analysis. It does not present cross-reactivity to other IGF-BPs on a Western blot analysis (1/100 dilution)
- Formulation: IgG fraction. Frozen liquid. 100 µg at 0.1 mg/mL. Formulated in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
