Anti-Human MIP-2 beta, IgG Fraction, Monoclonal

Anti-human MIP-2 beta IgG fraction (IgGl) is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant MIP-2 beta. The antigen was produced in genetically engineered yeast, and purified by sequential chromatography. The monoclonal antibody was purified using Protein G.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
• Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human MIP-2 beta by Western analysis (1/100 dilution) and ELISA. This antibody is very specific for MIP-2 beta, presenting a slight cross reactivity with MIP-2 alpha, but no other MIP proteins.
• Formulation: IgG (IgG1) fraction. 100 µg (500 µL). Frozen liquid. 0.20 mg/mL Formulated in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
