Anti-human MIP-2 alpha IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant MIP-2 alpha is produced in genetically engineered yeast, and purified by sequential chromatography. It is purified using Protein G. IgG Subtype: IgG-2b

- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human MIP-2 alpha by Western analysis using a concentration of 10 µg/ml together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system. Under these conditions, this antibody cross reacts with rh-MIP-2 beta and does not crossreact with rh-MIP-1 alpha or rh-MIP-1 beta. This antibody also recognizes rh-MIP-2 alpha ELISA.
