Anti-human TNF alpha IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant TNF (Cat GF-090) expressed in yeast cells. The antigen was purified by sequential chromatography. The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G.

- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant TNF alpha in a Western analysis.
- Formulation: IgG fraction. Frozen liquid at 0.25 mg/mL. Formulated in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
