Anti-human IGF-II IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant IGF-II expressed in yeast cells. The antigen was purified by sequential chromatography. The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G. IgG Subtype: IgG-2a.

- Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant IGF-II by Western analysis and ELISA. This monoclonal antibody cross-reacts slightly with IGF-I when used in a 1/100 dilution on a Western assay.
