Anti-human IGF-I IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant IGF-I expressed in yeast cells. The antigen was purified by sequential chromatography. The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: Using a 1:100 dilution, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this antibody reacts positively by Western blot to both IGF-I and IGF-II. This monoclonal antibody also recognizes recombinant IGF-I by ELISA.
- Formulation: IgG fraction. Frozen liquid. 0.25 mg/mL. Formulated in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
