IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 9H2/H1)obtained by immunization using human Parvovirus B19 VP2 antigen (60 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays and Western blot analysis. It recognizes an epitope common to VP1 and VP2 structural proteins of B19.
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.2)
