IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2F3/H12)obtained by immunization using human Parvovirus B19 VP1/VP2 antigen (86 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays and Western Blot analysis. It is specific to VP1 protein and it recognizes the N-terminal region of VP1 (aa1–aa228).
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.2).
