Protein produced in genetically engineered yeast cells as a fusion protein with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers from Ala 309 to Gln 440 of the HTLV-II envelope protein (lambda H6.0 isolate). It has been purified by differential extractions followed by gel filtration.
