It can be used in ELISA assay (1: 4,000 dilution) and Western blot (1: 2,000 dilution). H. pylori flagellin is composed of two subunits FlaA (52 kDa) and FlaB (54 kDa), FlaA is the major component of flagellar filaments. Both FlaA and FlaB are responsible for bacterial motility and they are required for bacterial colonization and H. pylori survival in the stomach mucus.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFormulation:\u003c\/strong\u003e Solution at 0.5 mg\/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume.
