IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 5D8/H11) obtained by immunization of mice with the C-terminal domain (aa182-aa491) of glycoprotein C of Andes virus. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

  • Storage: Store at -20°C.
  • Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
  • Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:16,000 dilution), Western Blot (1:16,000 dilution) and immunofluorescence studies. It recognizes the epitope (aa287-aa299) of Andes virus glycoprotein C (Gc). The C-terminal region corresponds to aa829-aa1138 of glycoprotein precursor.
  • Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS.
