IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2H4/F6) obtained by immunization of mice with the N-terminal domain (aa1-aa219) of glycoprotein C of Andes virus. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:30,000 dilution), Western Blot (1:10,000 dilution) and immunofluorescence studies. It recognizes the N-terminal region (aa1-aa219) of Andes virus glycoprotein C (Gc), this region corresponds to aa647-aa866 of glycoprotein precursor.
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
