IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6B9/F5) obtained by immunization of mice with the recombinant N-terminal domain (aa1 - aa353) of glycoprotein N of Andes virus. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:32,000 dilution) and Western Blot (1:8,000 dilution). It recognizes the N-terminal region (aa1 - aa353) of Andes virus glycoprotein N (Gn).
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
