Anti-Nucleoprotein of Andes Virus, IgG Fraction, Monoclonal, Clone 1A8/F6
IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 1A8/F6) obtained by immunization of mice with nucleoprotein of Andes virus. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Biological activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000 dilution), Western Blot (1:8,000 dilution) and immunofluorescence studies. It recognizes the nucleoprotein of Andes virus and it has cross reactivity with nucleoprotein of Sin Nombre virus. It does not recognize the nucleoprotein of Puumala virus.
