IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (Clone 3I4/I10) obtained by immunization with highly purified gag p24 antigen.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
- Biological activity: Reacts in ELISA and Western blots, detecting up to 500 pg of antigen using a 1:100 dilution. Since it can not react with the p17 region, it can be used to differenciate the p17 regions of the gag poliprotein.
- Formulation: Solution at 0.50 mg/mL in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
