HIV-1 gag p17 antigen (RECOMBINANT)

Protein produced in genetically engineered yeast cells. It covers Met 5 to Tyr 138 of the HIV-1 gag protein (SF-2 isolate). The apparent MW is 14,900. It has been purified by ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration.
