IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6G12/C4) obtained by immunization of mice with HCV NS3 / Helicase antigen (aa1027 - aa1711 of HCV polyprotein). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1:8,000 dilution) and Western Blot analysis (1:8,000 dilution). It recognizes specifically NS3 of the NS3 / Helicase antigen. HCV NS3 is a serine protease that hydrolyses four peptide bonds in the viral polyprotein yielding the remaining non-structural proteins NS4A, NS4B, NS5A and NS5B.
- Formulation: Solution at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS.
