Hepatitis C virus NS3/NS4 antigen (RECOMBINANT)

Protein is derived from HCV-1a, and made in yeast cells as a fusion with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers Asp 1569 to Pro 1931 of the HCV polyprotein. It is equivalent to the C-100 antigen.

• Purity: Over 95% pure.
• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: At least 1 year at -20°C.
• Biological activity: Reacts in ELISA with serum from HCV positive individuals.
• Formulation: Solution at 0.50 mg/mL in 20mM Tris-HCl, 0.1% SDS 10mM DTT (pH 7.0)
