Recombinant HCV (subtype 1a) protein made in CHO cells. Covers from Glu 383 to Ala 745 of the HCV-1a polyprotein.

  • Molecular weight: 55 kDa
  • Purity: Over 90% pure.
  • Storage: Store at -80°C.
  • Stability: At least 1 year at -80°C.
  • Biological activity: It has a MW of 55,000, however it runs anomalously on PAGE.
  • Formulation: Solution at 0.20 mg/mL in 10mM sodium phosphate, 0.1M NaCI, (pH 6.2)
