Recombinant HCV (subtype 1a) protein made in yeast cells. Covers from methionine 1 to glycine 120 of the HCV polyprotein. It is a fusion protein with human superoxide dismutase (SOD).

- Biological activity: Reacts in ELISA with serum from HCV positive individuals.
