Anti-hepatitis B core antigen IgG fraction is a mouse monoclonal antibody (Clone 2C11/2) to native HBcAg particles. The antigen used for immunization is highly purified HBcAg produced by recombinant E. coli cells. It has been purified using Protein G.

- Biological activity: The antibody is reactive in ELISA and also immunoprecipitation of native hepatitis B core particles.
