Mouse monoclonal antibody IgG fraction (clone 4H10/F12) obtained by immunizing mice with a Chilean isolate of Flavobacterium columnare (whole bacterial cells). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA (1:1,000 dilution) and indirect immunofluorescence (1:1,000 dilution) assays. F.columnare is a yellow-pigmented filamentous Gram-negative bacterium and the causative agent of Columnaris disease, one of the most important bacterial diseases of freshwater fish. Columnaris disease is characterized as an acute to chronic infection of the gills, oropharynx, and skin with a high level of mortality (50-90%) in salmonid and non-salmonid species.
- Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
