  • Storage: Store at -20°C.
  • Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
  • Biological activity: This antibody can be used in ELISA (1: 4,000 dilution), Western Blot (1: 5,000 dilution) and indirect immunofluorescence (1: 1,000 dilution) assays. Aeromonas hydrophila is a Gram-negative rod-shaped bacterium with a single polar flagella and a facultative anaerobic organism which is found in a variety of aquatic environments worldwide. A. hydrophila is considered an important fish pathogen producing haemorrhagic septicemia and furunculosis, disease known as "Motile Aeromonas Septicemia" (MAS) or "Red-Sore Disease". Several putative determinants of virulence for fish have been described.
