Rabbit Anti-Apple Stem Grooving Virus (ASGV) IgG fraction POLYCLONAL
Catalog no.
AP-9303-9
$425.00
IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mixture of three synthetic peptides corresponding to aa2-13 (KSLEDVLQLAR RHR), aa111-124 (KSGEKTKVWRIDLSN), and aa217-228 (KGVFEAGSESNL) of the ASGV coat protein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
- Storage: Store at -20°C.
- Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Biological activity: This polyclonal antibody reacts with the mixture of the above peptides in ELISA and Western Blot assays (1: 200 dilution). ASGV belongs to the genus Capillovirus of the family Flexiviridae and its genome consists of a single-stranded, positive-sense RNA. ASGV has very flexuous thread-like particles with a single coat protein of 27 kDa. This virus is transmitted by grafting and seeds.
- Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
