TMV belongs to the genus Tobamovirus of the family Tobamorividae and its genome\nconsists of a single-stranded positive-sense RNA. The coat protein (17.5 kDa) participates in the structure\nand assembly of rod-shaped virions. This protein is also essential for virus replication, cell-to-cell\nmovement and rapid long-distance movement of TMV in plants. TMV is transmitted by grafting and\nseeds.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFormulation:\u003c\/strong\u003e 100 µg of purified IgG fraction. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the\nfinal volume.
