AMV is a positive-strand RNA virus with tripartite genome belonging to the family Bromoviridae. It forms bacilliform or spherical particles and is transmitted in a non-persistent manner by numerous aphids species. The AMV genome is encapsidated by a single coat protein (24 kDa) which plays a key role in early and late AMV infection, functioning in genome activation, RNA replication, and in cell-to-cell systemic movement of virus.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFormulation:\u003c\/strong\u003e Solution at 1 mg\/mL in PBS.
