Anti-Grapevine Leafroll-Associated Virus 3 (GLRaV-3) IgG Fraction Monoclonal Antibody (clone 5A5/C2)

Mouse monoclonal antibody IgG fraction (clone 5A5/C2) obtained by immunizing mice with a recombinant coat protein of GLRaV-3. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Stability: Stable at least one year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Biological activity: This monoclonal antibody reacts with extracts of GLRaV-3-infected plants in ELISA, DAS-ELISA, immunocapture-RT-PCR and Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution). GLRaV-3 belongs to the genus Ampelovirus of the family Closteroviridae and its genome is composed by a single-stranded positive-sense RNA with a 35-39 kDa coat protein. GLRaV-3 virions have a flexuous filamentous morphology, it is phloem-limited and transmitted by several species of mealybugs. The leafroll disease is one of the most destructive viral diseases of grapevines worldwide.
• Formulation: Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
