StorageStore at -20ºC.
StabilityStable at least one year at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Biological ActivityThis polyclonal antibody reacts with extracts of CTV-infected plants in PTA (Plate-Trapped Antigen)-ELISA (1: 200 dilution). CTV belongs to the genus Closterovirus of the family Closteroviridae and its genome consists of a single-stranded, positive-sense RNA genome, encapsidated in filamentous flexuous particles that are assembled with two coat proteins of 23 and 27 kDa (bipolar architecture). CTV is transmitted by several aphid species and grafting.
FormulationSolution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
