Biological ActivityThis polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA (1: 250 dilution) and Western blot (1:1,000 dilution) using the immunizing peptide. S-phase kinase-associated protein 1A (Skp1) is a component of the SCF ubiquitin ligase complex, which mediates the ubiquitination of proteins involved in cell cycle progression, signal transduction and transcription. Skp1 interacts directly with cullin 1 and F-box proteins in the SCF complex. It is also involved in the control of beta-catenin levels and the activity of beta-catenin dependent TCF transcription factors.
FormulationSolution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
