Description | IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mixture of two synthetic peptides corresponding to aa28-41 (EDNQASLREQQPLQ) and aa141-153 (TLPLIRTSLKDTE) of the SLRV coat protein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose. |

Biological Activity | This polyclonal antibody reacts with the mixture of the above peptides in ELISA and Western Blot assays (1: 100 dilution). SLRV is a provisional member of the newly formed Cheravirus genus and its genome consists of two segments of positive single-stranded RNA molecules. The genomic RNAs, each of which encodes a polyprotein, are encapsidated separately in isometric particles composed of two polypeptides of 44 and 29 kDa. SLRV may be transmitted by an aphid or a beetle vector, nematodes, grafting and also transmitted by seeds. |
Formulation | Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial. |
